The Leica M6 is a god amongst legends. Manufactured from 1984 till 2002 the device has been tried and tested by the great names in photography. Henri Cartier-Bresson fielded an M6 as did Bruce Gilden and William Eggleston. These heavyweights in photography used these camera’s for a reason. The build quality of the body is something to love, when holding the camera you can feel it wants to be used. Furthermore the optics that fit the M6 (M-mount) are impeccable. When fitted with the classic Summicron-m 35mm you create, arguably, the best all round 35mm rangefinder camera ever built. A true charm when used in any situation. When on the streets it is very discrete but when making portraits it brings a smile to the face of everyone who looks into the lens.
The camera is in very good condition and works smoothly.
