The Pentax ME-S was a highly successful Pentax Japan camera. The camera is easy to use because of its internal light meter and semi-automatic usage. This enables the user to set the camera to aperture priority mode. This enables the user to set the aperture and lets the camera decide the proper shutter speed for a good exposure. An interesting feature this camera has is its ability to still be used even though the battery is empty. The shutter speed will be stuck at 1/125th of a second, this is great when you are in a pinch and don’t have batteries at hand.
The 28mm lens this camera boasts is great for street and landscape photography. This camera is well suited for beginners in the analoge field. The body is easy to use and small enough to not be cumbersome when taken on the road everyday.
