In March 1987, Canon‘s 50th anniversary, Canon released the Canon EOS 650. This camera was the first in Canon’s new EOS series, which was designed to support autofocus lenses. The EOS 650 had the latest technologies, including a microprocessor and a Canon-developed basis sensor for high-precision AF. In the years after the release Canon developed a range of ultrasonic motor EF autofocus for the 650. The lens fitted to this body is a nice zoom.
The body is very lightweight because it is made out of plastic. However, it is still rugged and can stand a bit of abuse. The EOS line of cameras are fitted with the EF mount. This means that the bodies will take modern autofocus canon lenses. This will definitely help with sharper images in your film.
